In the hospitality industry, where customer service is paramount, it is disheartening to encounter a restaurant that fails to setup a table for reservations made ahead of time. Moreover the staff's effort to rectify the situation was lacklustre/inadequate, as I was left standing outside while watching the waiter serve tables that had already been seated. The lack of organization & professionalism paired with the feeling of being undervalued as a customer, lead to not wanting to dine there. Based on this experience I couldn't recommend Bistro De Lof. Pity! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
