Belle addition à Waterloo. Potage maison très bon, ribs généreuses tendres avec une légère amertume, délicieux. Service rapide, courtoisie et sympathique. Une 2e visite s'impose. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

03/11/2024 Très mauvaise expérience ce matin. J'ai commandé une casserole végétarienne , la serveuse c'est trompé de table a servi nos assiettes a un autre couple qui avait déjà commencer a manger les toasts et picosser dans l'assiette .Apres s'etre fait dire qu'elle s'était tromper de table par la cuisinière ,elle nous a redonné nos assiettes et enlever les toasts avec ses mains , pour en ramener des nouvelles . Suite a ma réaction elle m'a offert de changer juste mon assiette et pas celle de mon épouse j'étais en colère intérieur j'osais pas parler pour me contenir et j'ai gardé mon assiette et manger de travers ,les fèves au lard était froide et j'ai reçu mes toasts j'avais presque terminer mon assiette .Tout cela avec une facture de $45 . We made reservations for three families totaling 6 adults and 5 kids for the end of our ski week in the Eastern Townships. From the minute we arrived to the time we left every aspect of the visit to Bistro Lewis was an absolute pleasure. The service was attentive and even though the majority of our group spoke no French they were amazing in communicating with each person at the table. The kids loved their meals and deserts. They were given lots of leeway to be kids. The servers spoke directly to them giving them a chance to feel independent. It was much appreciated. The adults thoroughly enjoyed the meals. One of the dads chose a servers choice meal and he was delighted with his meal, the General tao plate. From the natchos to the burgers to the salad and calamari everything was above expectations. Thank you so much for the wonderful dinner. I strongly recommend making this place a mandatory stop if you are staying anywhere near Lac Brome or the surrounding area. The prices can't be beat and the place is a gem. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
