After months of visiting Bistro Dolce Vita, I got to chat with Sergio (one of the owners), to compliment him and his team for their consistent excellent service. Miss Sheila, on my first visit, made me feel ‘at home’. Am using inverted commas, because I’m not a resident at the hotel (Regent Hotel, Morningside), rather a neighbor in the area. I need to commend William and Francisco as well, as they’ve also delivered service beyond what is the industry standard. The definition of team work makes the dream work. We don’t have to know who you are, what you do; and, and. Hospitality isn’t an easy industry, I know this. Finding the right team isn’t easy, either. Big ups to Bistro Dolce Vita. My home away from home also, try the prawn pasta . You won’t be disappointed ordering any of the meals on the menu. Team Bistro Dolce, thank you! Dankie. Siyabonga
