I had been missing from the Birrodromo for a few years. My God!!!! The quality of the food has dropped dramatically! Potatoes, at 9pm, already with a flavor of chopped oil, parmigiana clearly made with mozzarella substitutes. Bruschettas?! And where is the bread????? Soft and full of non-EVO oil. The chef refuses to take the omelette off my club sandwich. What idiocy is this?! I'm allergic. Did you freeze it?! The chef simply refuses to remove the burger from my vegetarian companion's bun. The reason is that the chef wants to leave the recipe intact. And already... Cracco! Pizza? Lord have mercy. Raw and chewy. So either they have changed management or they have done too much and no longer pay attention to the needs of the customer who doesn't go just to eat. We're done here.
