@restoranbiosfera - место красиво, все остальное очень печальное: красивые локации, статуи, пруд с лебедями (летом были фламинго ) еда дорогая и не все прям вкусно (пицца была с каким-то кислым соусом, кофе холодный, жульен в лаваше и мясной салат - вкусные) отсутствие парковки - для заведения такого уровня - это существенный просчет - ни встать, ни такси толком вызвать, . Машину пришлось ставить вдоль дороги. в день рождения нет ни комплимента от ресторана, ни скидки! Сейчас даже самые небольшие рестораны предоставляют скидку и дарят десерт. А в заведениях такого уровня, сам шеф-повар выходит поздравить и официанты выносят торт со свечками и поют «happy birthday». нет никакой толковой информации ни в одной соцсети/картах/приложениях, где можно посмотреть график работы, меню, цены, контакты. Телефоны, указанные в гугле вообще вне доступа Мой итог - @restoranbiosfera - заведение такого уровня и ценовой политики Обязано быть гораздо более клиентоориентированным, чем вы! I don't like posting bad reviews, but apparently it's necessary. Coming out of the so-called Biosphere restaurant, I felt like I was in a roadside cafe. Firstly, it does not correspond to the level of the restaurant from the very first step upon entering the establishment. I had to go into the hall in outerwear, which already reduces the level... No one greeted us, oh sorry, there was only a cleaning manager who actually greeted us. There is no administrator. I had to walk around the halls so that she could come out to us. But it gets more interesting... To be continued about the lower level. She didn’t introduce herself as her name, and there was no badge, how to address her... She looked completely out of etiquette, in jeans, a loose shirt... There was no corporate clothing, which would have looked more aesthetically pleasing. We came to order a menu for a corporate party. In my understanding, if a restaurant is of a good standard, they offer tea and coffee to discuss the menu, which was not done. Further even more interesting... According to our menu, it was agreed over the phone that they only want to serve general dishes for corporate events. But this option did not suit us. We come to a restaurant to experience gastronomic pleasures. To which the answer was previously received that perhaps they would meet us based on a small number of people (8 people). But, unfortunately, all a la carte dishes, affirmatively given by the administrator, are proposed to be replaced only with dishes on the grill, and nothing else, and all salads are only a general version. Moreover, it was impossible to explain that beef steak cannot be replaced with anything. To which they received the answer that they can use veal lula, and tobacco chicken, chicken thighs, and sea bass fish for trout or sturgeon, which in their understanding is served cut into 6 pieces. That is, someone will get the tail or the head. Are you serious? I wonder if the owner of the establishment has the same opinion? And will he also agree, when he comes to a restaurant, to eat something that will be convenient for the cooks to prepare? And we don’t care that their wishes are adjusted to the guests, and not to the kitchen workers. Moreover, the dishes were chosen from the menu of this restaurant. The answer was surprising: there are 700 of you and it’s convenient for us, and nothing else. If you can't cope, then why so many? Win big without stressing yourself? As for the seating, I was also surprised that the guests would be seated according to their convenience, and nothing else. I’m already silent that many reviews of the cuisine of this restaurant are negative. But I partially believed that things had changed for the better. I hope that somehow this information will reach the owner of this establishment, and maybe take Merzen as an example, in order to somehow raise the level to a name with the word RESTAURANT.
