Wenn man nach Schladming kommt, unbedingt biochi Bio-Bistro, Bio-Shop & Kochschule besuchen. Von Lebensmitteln höchster Qualität über viele schmackhafte Leckereien bis hin zu speziellen Raritäten und edelsten Tropfen bekommt man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Und noch viel mehr. Und mittags kann man frisch zubereitete Speisen in vorzüglicher Qualität im Bistro zu sich nehmen. Der CHEF kocht selbst. Und die Bedienung ist überaus freundlich und sehr kompetent. Einfach vorbeischauen, Ihr werdet genauso begeistert sein.
