We ordered online and were pleasantly surprised. The food was warm, tasty and totally filling. Other positive aspects: - The food came after 40 minutes (instead of the expected 60 minutes). - The delivery person was super friendly. - The food is packaged without plastic. Even the napkins are made from recycled material The only thing we complain about is that the ordering website is a bit of a hassle. But that's probably because of the headquarters? On the one hand, the page takes forever to load and then you are not informed, for example, that a mobile phone number must be provided in order to verify it. It is questionable that verification takes place at all.

I have 4.12. made an order of over 50€ together with some friends. About our order: The first thing we did was to call and want to order for delivery. We were then told quite rudely that we should use the online portal. No sooner said than done, first drawback: The prices in the online ordering portal are even more expensive than in the store. In addition, the constant price increases, meanwhile the second within a few months, are really unbelievable. A delivery time of 1 hour was specified. After 1 hour we thought that the food could come slowly. Waited nothing happened. A 1/4 hour (1 1/4 hours in total after receiving the order) we called and asked: We were assured that food was already on the way. Good news. So we waited, nothing happened. So 2 hours after ordering we called again and asked: the food was already on the grill and we were waiting for the driver. Hm strange I thought it was already on the way. When we inquired, they blamed the drivers for allegedly taking too long for their journeys. Note that it was already 1h later than the specified time slot. So we kept waiting and called again after 10 minutes to assure us that the food was still coming. After all, it was already 1/2 hour after closing time. (Yes, I know calling 3 times is annoying, but the shop seems to have you begging for your food). Well, a very annoyed employee answered the machine with the snotty words: "We're closed, we're no longer delivering!" without us having even expressed our concern. We then explained to him what was going on and he said that someone would drive off and bring the food. The place of delivery is within Leers and we still had to wait 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The path can be reached by car in a few minutes... Now for the food: I've never had such a bad burger from BiggieB. Without wanting to exaggerate, there was so incredibly much sauce on the burger that it was anything but good for me and I got it out the same evening the same way it got into my body!!!! In addition, the bun was toasted black in some places and the patty had definitely been on the grill for too long and was dry and firm. Actually, I was always enthusiastic about BiggieB until about summer. But since then the quality has greatly decreased. In addition, the price increases, the unfriendly and incompetent staff makes me very doubtful about the management of this. Regarding the incompetence: If you ask to grill the patty medium or well done, the employees do what they want to do indiscriminately. Always feels the opposite... All in one I am very disappointed with the development of this burger restaurant. As for the restaurant itself: it is terribly poorly ventilated and you stink of a deep fryer if you stay in it for more than 5 minutes. Also, the ambiance is not too cozy. Well, maybe that's because it's now more of a snack bar than a restaurant. Also, as music, they no longer play Biggie and don't represent their image at all anymore. Rather, only one radio station can be heard, on which 60% pop music and 40% advertising is running..... The day after, friends ordered from me and I happened to be there: of course I didn't order anything else because I didn't want to throw up again. But even the order my friend picked up himself was missing an entire burger. And it's not the first time I've experienced something like that. Well, he called and at first they didn't want to see that they forgot something and accused us of cheating on them, since the chicken burger had supposedly been prepared. Finally he was allowed to run back and pick him up. Altogether never again!!!!!!!!!
