I see that it is her first review on Google and that she left it just after checking out, probably with great frustration and without consulting her husband, who had personally made the reservation. We would like to clarify that the booking made did not include breakfast, as specified in the booking conditions. I highlighted to you how both in our WhatsApp conversations, both in the offer phase and in the confirmation via email, the overnight stay only was indicated. I wonder how anyone could think that two jams found in the kitchen could be our breakfast. At Bigatt? Where breakfast is our flagship? You can take a look at other reviews or photos on social media that show you what it's like to have breakfast at Bigatt. Rather than commenting afterwards, I would have preferred you to talk to me about it that morning and we would have found a solution. Not knowing your disappointment, I recommended excellent cafes and pastry shops reachable in five minutes and you considered it an affront, according to what emerges from your review. Many families stop by Bigatt and some prefer to have breakfast outside with their local friends or relatives. Other guests are used to a quick coffee or don't have time to enjoy our breakfast, so they rather give up. So I'm not surprised if some guests choose not to have breakfast here. I am truly sorry for all this flash in the pan, however we will take inspiration from this experience to further improve communication regarding the services available.
