The floor in the entire place has the thickest layer of grease, a little peak onto the kitchen and you will see what looks like years of grease on the floor with random towels and other debris stuck. Ordered skip wanted the birthday cake cookie dough they didn’t give me it gave me turtle cookie instead didn’t give any notice don’t like turtle cookie dough it would have been fine if they let me know or just took it off the order. Food: 1

I've been coming to Big Wing's through ten years, and two renames. Placed an order for wings with "A shit tonne of sauce," due to a recurring issue in the last year with asking for "extra sauce," and getting wings that were practically dry. Checked the wings to be safe, especially after already paying extra for extra sauce, to find they were, again, barely sauced. When I asked for more sauce, the cashier got really defensive and said there was already extra sauce on them, even though I offered to pay double the normal extra sauce amount to actually get sauce on the wings. Instead, they started arguing that the sauce just got soaked up (despite checking them in store) and that I don't need more sauce because they already had extra sauce. When I said I will pay for more extra sauce anyway, she stormed off in a huff and told someone in the kitchen to "come deal with this!" My husband, a waiter, was amazed that a cashier was actively trying to gaslight a customer. I don't know if there was a change in management, or they just can't get anyone better to work there, but they've gone massively downhill. At least, after arguing to actually get what I ordered, it tasted pretty good.
