I have been to a number of pubs in the same plaza, and this one is my most favorite. I frequent Fionn MacCool's on a weekly or bi-weekly basis by this point. I mean what's not to love about the establishment? They serve their in-house IPA which is a legacy of the last business that ran the spot, offer an exciting menu with well prepared food, and best of all, hold live musical performances performed by various talented bands. The staff have always been nice to me. The interior, while spacious, is cozy. Overall the vibe is just great, and I can't find anything to complain about. The musical performances are held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Tuesdays. However, the one on Tuesdays is called "Open Mic Night", and I have yet to experience that. The bands usually start by 8:30 - 9:00 pm. Their prices are competitive with other places of the same caliber. I genuinely wish to see this relatively new joint succeed and thrive further because I can see they have been actively working to best other competitors in the plaza, some of which are already pretty good.
