We walked in and nobody greeted us so we ended up sitting ourselves at the one (out of 3) tables that was empty. After quite awhile of sitting and waiting someone came over and asked for our drink order. After the drinks came out we have to ask for a menu only to find out it was a rotating menu and just the appetizers on the card that was at the table. We finally placed our order which consisted of 4 appetizers and it took 45 minutes to get them, it took so long we had to ask for our order to go. To top it off a table who order after us received their meal before we did. Not impressed at all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lucie, we are so sorry you did not enjoy your experience. I spoke with the staff who worked that night, they did say there were alot of appy's going out and we do have a limited Auto fry machine, that is limited to hopper space and has a timer that can not be changed. If you contact either Krysta or Rachael direct at Big Mama's we gladly get you a gift card and allow the opportunity to try and win back your trust.
