I have just placed an order via the big M application. I had accumulated 100 euros in points so I wanted to use my 5€ reduction voucher. After placing the order and waiting 30 minutes the order status was still "pending". So I phoned big M roanne who told me to cancel the order because there was no delivery person this evening. After canceling, I realized that my €5 reduction voucher had not been credited to me, my points were again at 0 and I had not been able to benefit from them... and bon appétit of course!
