Worst experience ever. Placed order for delivery after calling 2 hrs later got nothing but excuses from them were busy was marked for pick up not delivery yet you asked for my address ect the weather no delivery person available. Never again food is great there but the service is horrible. Then afterwards them using excuse of a misplaced order when I ordered over the phone to the local restaurant. Fianlly when food arrived 3 hrs later it wasn't even the food i ordered for my family lol. Many other places to eat i wouldn't recommend them for delivery at least Service: Delivery Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken

I had the most heartwarming experience at Big Guy's Fried Chicken that I just have to share. It was a Sunday around noon when I encountered a homeless-looking gentleman outside the restaurant. As I entered, he greeted me, and I asked if he had anything to eat that day. He said he was out there from 6 in the morning without food and water. I offered him some food, he eagerly accepted and followed me inside. Upon entering, we were greeted by Ali at the counter. It was clear he understood the situation. I asked the gentleman what he'd like, and he requested a pepperoni pizza. Ali, with immense kindness, inquired if he wanted one or two slices, even offering to include his friend who turned up outside. When it came time to pay, I wanted to cover the cost, but Ali insisted on taking care of it himself. Not only that, but he extended an open invitation to the gentleman to return whenever he was hungry. This act of kindness deeply touched me and restored my faith in humanity. Big Guy's Fried Chicken isn't just about great food; it's a place where compassion and generosity thrive. Thank you, Ali, for reminding us that goodness still exists in this world.
