This isn't the first time we've ordered a burger, but it's been a while since the last time. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The food itself wasn't bad, but definitely not what we expected. The bacon (which also looks like "real bacon" in the pictures) was made from poultry. It used to be real bacon (a shame, because the taste just isn't the same). The food was still just lukewarm. The fries were soggy, as was the salad in the burger. The burger patty used to be* much better and juicier. It seemed that the food generally sat out for a very long time or was in transit. We think the total delivery waiting time of 70 minutes is too long. (Delivery address from the store 5 minutes by car)... The price/performance ratio: definitely too expensive. The advertised quality, well. Too bad. *We wonder what happened in the meantime. Was there a change of ownership?!
