I'm a very enthusiastic BBQ fan. Not just for the food itself , but the artistry that goes into it. This cuisine is like Jazz where you need to fully understand every step and stage. I've tried just about every variety and have gone to every local haunt I come across to try it out and see who has the best sauce, ribs or pulled pork. Food trucks, Ribfest, Diners, Smokehouses...I've been to everything in this province. This place has managed something I never thought possible, but hoped I would eventually encounter. They got everything right. I mean everything. Quality. Seasoning. Sauce. Tenderness. Portion. Usually if the pulled pork is good, the ribs are dry. Maybe the wing sauce is good, but they're too small. Nothing was a weak link. Every single moving part was exceptional. The goddamn coleslaw was delicious. Absolute 5 stars. Nothing is even close. Food was Amazing and so was the service. Owner comes out and talks to customers , makes sure everything is great. Speaks amazing English and you can tell he cares for his customers and their opinion. 5 Star Quality and Service.
