I was there today with my mother-in-law and ordered a cappuccino. My mother-in-law said, “a really good cappuccino”. Then we talked about the old building, how nice it was, and there was no one else in the cafe. Then we wanted to know what the store used to be called. Then the good lady "owner" is so freaked out that everyone just wants to know the previous owner and wouldn't see her coffee art and the building she expensively renovated. She was so insulting, I put the money on the counter and made it clear to her that this was the first and last time I had entered this store. I am so stunned and shocked at how they treat customers there. Never again!!!!! That's not worth a star.

Shocking! I went in in a good mood, but left the cafe in horror. I love the Café Sack. If you like this coffee, you'd better go to Baden-Baden. You can really enjoy it there! Relax in a cafe called Böckler and enjoy coffee with delicious pastries - they offer excellent service. Right next to this cafe. What happened? When I went to the cafe to buy my favorite coffee, the displays were empty and I thought it might already be closed. I politely asked if they were still open. However, the response I received was very rude: "Yeah, don't you see that?" Because I have a lactose and oat intolerance, I asked if they had a milk substitute. The woman suddenly started screaming, clapping her hands and cursing at me because she couldn't seem to understand why she would offer such a thing. She said why would she offer milk substitute? And also asked me if she MUST offer me almond milk or coconut milk. I was shocked and didn't even try to talk to her further. I left the café and called the café in Baden-Baden to inform them of the incident. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior! I was in a very good and relaxed mood, so I didn't understand what exactly happened and why she reacted so rudely. Even if the café didn't offer milk substitutes, I would have just had coffee, as not all cafés have this option. So my advice is: just walk past this cafe! And to the lady there: you should think about how you treat customers! Especially if there are only a few customers (I heard that from the conversation), otherwise your café will soon be closed, which in your case would actually be for the best! Simply terrible!!
