Although I really wasn't expecting much from this food court stall, I still ended up being sorely disappointed - as did my entire party. I got the bibimbap with mild sauce and salmon, and was surprised to see that half of the order consisted of lettuce! There was one measly scoop each of your traditional vegetable toppings (zucchini, carrots, bean sprouts) and the rest was rice (your choice of brown, black, or white - though my colleague got the brown and it looked just like white rice) or lettuce. The protein amount was also tiny. What made the order worse was the sauce. It wasn't your typical gochujang; I believe they added some mayo to it which made it weirdly creamy and heavy. Suffice it to say that I was not a fan. The only redeeming grace were the cute eggs, shaped to be hearts, daisies, etc. Will not return, and go to the other food court options nearby!

Bibimbaptastic! Yes, I said and I mean it. It all started one day as I was looking for a decent fast lunch. Happened upon this Korean place and I love it. They make the bibimbap fresh, mix it all up with your choice of ingredients and serve it with an egg and a free miso soup. Between 11 and 14 dollars every time, salmon is the most expensive but it is very good. The ingredients blend really well together and the sauce is just perfect. The right amount of sweet, hot and savoury. I still have not found a more satisfying lunch spot in the area. One other plus is that the place is family owned and run. True Korean family love is put into the food and honestly I feel better about that too. Go there. Learn some Korean and enjoy your lunch!

Bibab Express is conveniently located at the food court near my office so I go there religiously for lunch! I usually get the beef bibimbap with purple rice ($10) and choose from their assorted sides such as shiitaki, spinach, carrots, cucumbers etc. - you can choose as many sides as you want). You also have the option of getting a flower-shaped sunny side up egg which I find very cute! Miso soup comes with the meal as well. I always overestimate my tolerance for hot sauce so it's nice that they have a water machine nearby so I can put out the spiciness in my mouth! The quality of the beef is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes they are cooked too well and they end up being very dry. Overall, I think the price is reasonable for the quality Bibab Express has to offer.
