Cela fait 2 fois que nous passons dans ce magasin, les vendeuses sont désagréables, on a l'impression qu'elles boycottent la marque !! Ne viennent pas vers le client. Visiting the Bialetti store was a real treat for anyone who loves their iconic coffee makers. It was fantastic to step into a space completely dedicated to the brand, with shelves and displays showing off all the different options available. From the classic silver Moka Pots to the brightly colored ones in every size imaginable, along with an array of beautiful espresso cups and accessories, it was a coffee lover's paradise. The staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, willing to chat about the products and help us without being pushy. We even had a small issue with one of our purchases that truly highlighted their great customer service. We had bought a cup and were excited to use it, but when we got back to our place, we noticed a small dent in it. A bit worried about the hassle of returns, especially while traveling, we brought it back to the store. The staff was so gracious—there was no questioning or hesitation. They simply looked at the dent, apologized, and immediately offered to replace it with a new one. The entire process was completely stress-free and handled with a genuine, friendly attitude. It's a fantastic place to find the perfect Bialetti item, and the peace of mind that comes with their friendly and gracious service makes it an even better shopping experience. You can shop with confidence, knowing that you're not only getting great products but also top-notch customer care. It was a definite highlight of our trip.
