We will never ever ever eat here again! We came here for valentines day dinner with our 3 kids, one a 5 month old. We arrived at 3.50, ate a few plates off the belt while we waited for our order. At 4.50 we asked where is the sushi that we ordered. Then we got told it is being made. At 5.15, we got a plate of 4 pieces from the belt served by the waitress. We asked about the rest, at 5.30 we got given another 8 pieces. While we watch other tables being served. The rice... I don't know what I cutting there.... sticky! old! It is now 5.45, and still waiting... There is now nothing on the belt. What is going on here. It looks like deliveries take preferences. There is another man, we just heard, waiting an hour for his take away. They are taking off the belt to pack deliveries. So what are we supposed to eat in the shop. Disgusting! Please don't come and eat here! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had the sushi buffet there today. It was definitely the worse experience I have ever had in any restaurant. The sushi was sticky and not enjoyable. We could not eat the dumplings on the sweet and sour chicken dish because it tasted like nothing and was so hard that it was difficult to eat. So we left those and had to pay extra 40 Rand because it was just not enjoyable. Their philosophy is to serve bland and non tasty food and then charge clients extra if they don't eat it but it could not be aten because of the bad taste. The service was from the lowest standard. Will never put a food in their door ever again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
