I’m 48 and have have tried every Chinese food place, & best choice is most definitely the best choice for food quality/quantity. However, I was wrong. I apologize to public. Others were indeed right. Customer service is awful! They really need to fix this up to be a real 5 star restaurant. I am very upset about NYE. I ordered and they had ZERO time to answer a call of even an order from online to EVEN KNOW IF THEY WERE OPEN!!! So they send the food asking for $82. Nearly 3 HOURS AFTER MY ORDER! The driver said “I’m not going anywhere until you call them” lmfao! I told him to call himself & I suspect He could not get through so took the food back. Had they only answered one time for 1 second he would have got my money REGARDLESS that I had to spend $95. At a new Chinese place I like a lot. I hope the owner understands because I’ve been loyal to BCC for years. I don’t plan on going elsewhere, but please learn to answer your phone. Regardless of how busy you are at the time. If you can’t do that, you will never be 5 star. Please tighten up the customer service. I love you guys. I don’t want to lose you. I hope you understand how ridiculous that was. Had I only known you were even open I’d had waited 5 hours even. But not a second when You don’t answer at all over an hour of calling!!! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Only place I trust for the best Chinese food in the city of Halifax & all the regional municipality. North End Halifax loves you. You gotta try the Singapore Vermicelli because it’s the best ever Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Surprisingly I really enjoyed my New Year's Eve dinner. The Son Guy combo was very good. The rice is Chicken Fried Rice, the breaded chicken with gravy was very good & the meat egg rolls were the best I have ever had. Their Spring Rolls were actually vegan. This was my first experienced with Best Choice Chinese Food Restaurant but it won't be my last. The staff answering the phone was pleasant even though they were extremely busy. You get a lot of food for the price. The wait for the food was not too long but the line up to get the food was large due to it being New Year's Eve. I recommend this place.
