Disappointing experience. When we arrived, the two young hostesses ignored us for over five minutes, not even acknowledging our presence. Once seated, she placed the menus on the next table but didn’t hand them to us. I ordered a medium-rare strip loin and received it well-done. The waitress had to take it off the bill, which I appreciate, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Service needs serious improvement, and attention to detail is lacking. Our first time at Bernies and was impressed with the delicious food it was creative and extremely tasty. Our server Taya was so friendly and made us feel important and took very good care of us. I loved the decor and the place us very comfortable. We will definately go back and bring our friends. Loved it!
