I was looking forward to having a simple but tasty lunch with my wife there. But the service we received from the waitress (or owner?) had us walk away immediately. It’s ok to have a bad day or to feel overwhelmed, but there is no reason for talking to people who enter your restaurant like this. No hard feelings, we had a great lunch elsewhere. In response to the waitress/owner’s response: Thank you for trying to make my comment look unreasonable. Just so that you understand how humans work: it’s not about a particular table, but your way of dealing with people. It’s about waiting to be seated after entering your restaurant (you looked at us from the table you were serving), only to see you give the priority to another couple who had rushed past us into the room and offering them the last good table after they refused another bad one, just like we did not matter. Mostly - as I observed that we had been queuing there since the beginning - it’s about you replying literally “Oh, I don’t have time for this!” as if it was not legitimate to feel uncomfortable with the situation. And leaving. This was our experience at the restaurant. Not a big deal, but certainly worth a poor evaluation for horrendous service. Service: 1
