Plus de 1h30 de livraison quand le temps estimé est de 45 min. On appel pour un suivi et c'est toujours 5-10 min quand pas le cas. Livraison sans ustensiles quand je précise que cest livré à l'extérieur de chez nous. Ah vous devez le demander maintenant c'est la politique du boss... wow... Je fais une nouvelle plainte 2024/10/30 c’est ma deuxieme commande et mon appelle c’est faite à 18:10 et il est 20:00 donc encore une autre commande avec 2 heure d’attente pour faire suite à ma deuxième mauvaise expérience Je viens de recevoir ma commande après 2:15 d’attente et le fromage est fondu et c’est comme si j’aurai mis ma boîte 2 minute pour la réchauffer vraiment déçu

The quantities have decreased. But the worst part is this: I'm tired of going to get my meal at the drive-thru and receiving the uncomfortable question EVERY TIME "same amount?". It's been like this for about a year and the other Bennys let us handle the machine (and the discretion of the tip) without harassing us "before" giving us the machine. It's like it's a supreme shame to say out loud that when we go get the food ourselves, WELL YES WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO LEAVE NO TIP. You had, here precisely, the same complaint two months ago and you mentioned: I note. Here is the relevant review and what you said: "Quality of the food OK, but the prices are out of control. The worst, the unpleasant phrase when ordering from the car: "The same amount?" A disguised way of asking for a tip when the employee is only doing give you your box.
