La cuisine thaïlandaise et vietnamienne de ce restaurant offre des repas authentiques. Rien n'est mieux que de manger un poulet thaï fascinant. Un bubble tea immense rendra votre repas encore plus delicieux et vous fera surement revenir.
Ben Thanh White Oaks propose la livraison de plats pour les clients. La bonne note de ce lieu serait impossible sans un personnel plaisant. Un service énorme est toujours un plaisir. C'est une bonne nouvelle pour les clients que cet endroit propose un prix moyen. Vous apprécierez un décor spectaculaire et une atmosphère confortable à ce restaurant. Mais les utilisateurs de Google ont noté Ben Thanh White Oaks et il n'a pas reçu un score élevé.

Extremely disappointing experience.I'll start off by saying that I've had a great experience at the other Ben Thanh locations. I've consistently had exceptional service and food at Ben Thanh North and Ben Thanh Express, which I've rated 5 stars and still hold on to. So as much as I don't wanna be that guy complaining about a dine in experience, today was just ridiculous.Ben Thanh White Oaks, however, was a terrible dine in experience. To start, it took 1 hour to receive our food while we were the only customers dining in at the time. By the time we received our food, half of our orders were barely lukewarm, so you can tell that they just left them sitting out during the rest of the 1 hr wait. The restaurant was dirty and their were flies and cobwebs in our corner booth. Usually we would be given tea and water, and hot sauce and hoisin sauce. We had to ask for the sauces and the lady told me to get it myself from the counter.We ordered a ramen that came overloaded with noodles and barely any broth, which quickly turned into a gooey mess of a noodle dish, and hardly a soup at all. It closely resembled the mess of an instant ramen that I would make myself in my college days, except those didn't cost $16. When we asked the staff about the broth they responded by telling us to order it without noodles next time, because the noodles soak up the broth. It's a ridiculous response, given that the noodles have never "soaked up" the entire broth at any other Ben Thanh location before, and who would order ramen without noodles? This has never once been an issue before until today apparently.There were many more things but I don't want to keep complaining and nitpicking, just an overall bad experience.TLDR; cold food, dirty restaurant, terrible service, ramen with no broth, 1 hour wait. Save your money and go to the other Ben Thanh locations, where the service and food is exponentially better
