Restaurant is nice and clean. Arrived right before the rush. As more patrons came in, it was a lively atmosphere. Sadly to say, the food was not great, drink was good (and came out fast). Ordered the vermicelli bowl. Noodles were dry and some bits were crispy as if uncooked or stale. This is the first time I left more than half the food on the plate. Love the chain; but not this location. Staff is great though. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been to Ben Thanh in London, Ontario, Burlington, Ontario and they are okay.... But the one in Cambridge is so much better with respect to taste, and value for the money. I was very happy and satisfied with the food and service and so I expressed that with a good tip. Well to my surprise, the server thought I had made a mistake with my tip, ( unintentionally tipping to much) so he came over and let me know that I might have inputted too much of a tip. I assured him I hadn't and was so impressed that they would take the time to verify my intentions. This is my second time to this location and it will not be my last. Great food, honest fast service, good value for the money.
