Would not recommend at all. Awful service. Took them 12 minutes to get a drink for me while two people after me in walked in and ordered and still got their drinks before me. When I mentioned it took 10 minutes, the girl dismissed it by saying "yeah, well there were drink orders before you" when those people walked in after me and placed their order. No accountability outside of an excuse. To add to it, it was quiet.. there weren't people waiting for drinks, outside of one other girl. Cold, dismissive behaviour unfortunately from both the cashier and the barista! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you for your feedback. We could make every excuse possible about types of drinks ordered and customers that were already seated waiting for their drinks, but at the end of the day it is how you felt at the time of the transaction. We do our best to serve every client in a timely manner and really hope that you don't judge us too harshly for one misstep. If you do come again, ask for Cindy I will personally take care of you. My husband and I came in and ordered 2 London fogs and a sandwich. The servers were very cold and standoffish, clearly didn’t know much about the food they were serving or the drinks, as our London fogs were served WAY too hot and were not made correctly (they literally just put a tea bag in a cup of steamed milk..). The place looks cute and cozy, however the service left a lot to be desired. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for your feedback. Just a question...did you let anyone know that you were unhappy with the London Fogs and the service? Please if you come in again, ask for Cindy (I am the manager), We cannot rectify the situation unless we know there is a problem. I would have been more than happy to remake your drinks and discuss the service. We are always willing to make things better. Belle's Cafe is a wonderful coffee shop with different types of food. The atmosphere is country and openness. There is a quiet room, take home frozen food for two to eight, large outside tables with umbrellas and there is a large parking lot. Etc. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
