From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The menu showcases a perfect blend of traditional Croatian flavors with modern culinary techniques, highlighting local, seasonal ingredients in every dish. Each plate was presented with artistry and attention to detail, making the dining experience both visually stunning and incredibly flavorful. One of the standout aspects of Bedem is its well-deserved Michelin recognition, which is reflected in the quality of the food and the creativity of the dishes. Overpriced and bad, we got food poisoning from their chicken with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes. Waitresses are nice, but you go there for food… never again!
