October, 3rd in 2024 we have visited this Restaurant which belongs to the Hotel Four Seasons. What a pity that you can only dine here when it is fine warm weather because you are sitting outside. The Design of the Restaurant is good looking and we got served by Maria, the very friendly and attentive waitress. We have ordered Sushi Rolls and Rolls with blue Tuna. The other meal was Tuna TARTARE. The prices are high. The presentation was good, the taste was average. When the moon is shining and the temperature is warm then you can enjoy an romantic evening. The Menu is displayed on the Website of the Hotel. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The restaurant offers a delightful blend of Peruvian cuisine that has quickly become one of my favorites in Limassol. The evening began with some very nice cocktails that set the perfect tone for the meal. The cocktail menu was creative and refreshing, with options to suit every palate. Additionally, the wine list is amazing, offering a wide selection of exceptional wines. I opted for a bottle recommended by the sommelier, and it was absolutely perfect. The sommelier's expertise shone through in the recommendation, enhancing our dining experience significantly. We selected a variety of dishes from the menu, and each one was absolutely delicious. The flavors were vibrant and authentic, showcasing the best of Peruvian cuisine. Every dish was a masterpiece, from the starters to the main courses. The atmosphere at M Fusion is elegant and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a special night out. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience. Overall, M Fusion at the Four Seasons Limassol is a top-notch restaurant that I highly recommend. The combination of outstanding cocktails, an excellent wine list, and delicious Peruvian food makes it a must-visit.
