Disgusting service. On November 22, I ordered bento cake and cupcakes from this bakery for Mother’s Day. I paid for the order in full and delivery. Delivery was supposed to be between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. On the morning of November 26, I specifically asked whether the delivery was valid, and they told me yes, it was valid. So, the time is 16:00, there is nothing, I ask the manager if my order has been transferred to the courier. To which I get ignored. Then calls were ignored for several hours. At 19:00 I was forced to come personally to the embankment of the Privolzhsky backwater to find out where my order was. To which the administrator said that they allegedly sent my order. With an absolutely lost look, he told me this. I guess they forgot about my order and didn’t want to admit it. I never received the order, the money was returned to me. For the first time, we ordered a cake from BB Bakery for our daughter’s birthday. We were delighted! Beautiful cake, and the taste is simply indescribable! We ate the cake with a bang! Many thanks to the company and prosperity! I will recommend it.
