In all honesty, we move items like chicken so quickly that it comes in fresh and it doesn't stay long enough in the fridge. I tried to locate a bill with what you have described . And unless it was not in the last 5 days, I cannot seem to find it. I would ask you to send me a copy of the bill and I will most certainly handle the situation myself. I'll go as far as to look into the cameras to see if perhaps a check back was forgotten. And I'll do everything in my power to make this right. 514-803-9573 to text a copy of your bill. Thank you .
