I recently had a weekday evening dinner at Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar on Hunt Club Drive, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. My colleague and I decided to sit on the patio, despite the slightly chilly weather. It would have been more comfortable if the restaurant had outdoor heaters to provide some warmth. Nonetheless, we managed fine and enjoyed the outdoor ambiance. We ordered the classic ribs, and they were absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The accompanying fries were good, although they could have been a bit crispier, similar to past experiences I've had at the restaurant. One aspect that stood out was the restaurant's excellent selection of drinks. I was able to enjoy a refreshing gin and tonic, which was expertly prepared. The bar staff definitely knew their craft. However, what truly made the evening memorable was the extremely friendly wait staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. Their friendliness and professionalism added a positive touch to the overall visit. In conclusion, my dinner experience at Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar on Hunt Club Drive was enjoyable. The classic ribs were delicious, and although the fries could have been crispier, they were still tasty. The restaurant's selection of drinks was impressive, and the gin and tonic I had was great. The standout feature, however, was the incredibly friendly wait staff, who made the evening memorable. I would recommend this restaurant to others seeking a pleasant dining experience
