The lady working there she is so rude and doesn't care about the customer i waited 14 mins and then she came to me for the order there were only 1 customer before me and it was not even busy she was doing her different work. After even I gave her order she was busy with different work not even making my order so please whoever is manager is please hire someone to help her. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came to visit the store and saw the shutters were closed. I thought maybe the staff would have gone on a short break or something but waited exactly 35 minutes but nobody came back. No signs on the shutters either. Online hours show store is open until 9 pm same as the mall hours. Very disappointed as it is the only BR in the city. Service: 1
