We Purchased MOTI CHOOR LADDOOS 4rm the Vegetarian Bakery @ The Little Indian Plaza On 128Street (Which Is Owned By SAME Owners) On 8DEC 2022 EVE, They Looked FRESH & SOFT. On 9th DEC 2022 Found A Tooth Or A Tooth CAP in The Laddoo (Posting PIX). The GROSS Part is that It Actually Came in My Husband’s Mouth While Eating A LADDOO. LADDOOS & All Other MATHAI r ALL Cooked & Delivered By This BASANT SWEETS & RESTAURANT Location At PAYAL BUSINESS CENTRE Daily to the Bakery Loc & is Also Owned By The SAME OWNERS Of The VEGETARIAN BAKERY. I’m Wondering & My Question Is : Should Not the Cooks & Helpers in the Kitchen Be Wearing MASKS & HAIR NET Or Cover To Keep HYGINE Protocols Or Do they Also Keep Eating While Cooking For the TOOTH To Fall OutThis Is Our 3rd BAD Expirience With Basant Sweets & Restaurant After the NEW OWNERS Took Over. 2nd Experience (Our Last Visit) Ws When We Had LUNCH (2People) in Summer Of 2022. Long Wait For Food & The Waitress Forgot the 2Nd DISH : PANEER BUTTER MASALA Or SHAHI PANEER (DON’T Exactly Rmbr) Wd Rest Of The Food Order. She Came Bk Wd It Wn We Waited & Then Reminded Her & By that Tym We Tasted & Realised The DAAL MAKHNI Ws Over Spicy ️ & Wn That Ws Sent Back & Corrected The NAANS Wr Cold & Stiff. When We Reminded the Waitress that We Hd Specifically Mentioned at The Beginning Of The ORDER That We Wanted HOT FOOD DISHES & HOT / FRESH NAANS ALL Together Wd Both Dishes & Ws Also Our Main Reason For DINE IN, We Wr Still CHARGED for both the OLD & New Naans & inspite Of Us Having A Genuine Complain & Not Enjoyed Our Lunch The Way We Expected to, NO APPOLOGY, NO CONSESSION For the Over Spicy Daal Makhni (had Ordered Mild) &/Or Waiting For The Forgotten PANEER DISH Or Double Order Of NAANS. Before this, On Our 1St Tym Visit We Had the Promotional 25% OFF DISCOUNT COUPONS Given 4rm The Bakery For the BASANT SWEETS & Restaurant New Management / Ownership Take Over. When We Went there Wd the Coupons & After Packing Take Away We Were Told COUPONS Will NOT Be Honoured Any More By the BASANT SWEETS & REST Inspite Of NO EXPIERY DATE On The COUPONS. We have Stopped Going To The Restaurant After the 2nd Bad Experiences But r Still Regular Clients Of the Bakery . But Now the TOOTH In the LADDOOS
