Not the usual restaurant, but a typical tavern with highly sought-after local dishes and drinks with a wide selection of wines. It is advisable to book, as there are few seats. The Workers menu for lunch is also highly recommended, generous portions! Let's say that Barlafus is the place of my and my daughter's heart. We have had lunch and dinner here several times. We also celebrated his graduation. Typical village tavern offering a wide choice of wines, especially local wines from the Novara hills. The food is excellent, traditional dishes. Last night we ate rustida, a stewed pork dish (loin and sausage), delicious and more, accompanied by baked potatoes and peperonata. I would also like to recommend the paniscia, pappardelle with venison ragù, the cutlet and the platter of cured meats from our area. The managers are welcoming and nice people.
