Dear Rose A, we kind of disagree with your opinion because we double check every dish that comes out of the kitchen. Usually we do not overcook our food as we do not undercook our food, and especially do not overcook and undercook at the same time. We asked you twice during dinner (we always check with each guest to correct possible mistakes) if everything was okay and your answer was yes both times. You only complained when paying the bill. I am sincerely sorry that you left unsatisfied and that you did not react immediately when the dish was served to you, because in the end we could not see any irregularities from your empty plates. The only mistake we made that evening was that we got the whole order wrong at another table, so it took a while to get it right. So there was a longer wait for food at other tables as well as at yours, but, as I always say, we are only people, not robots. All the guests understood the situation, waited for their food and left satisfied. If you visit us again, maybe we will improve your opinion about our food, you are always welcome. P.S. And yes, the price of most of our dishes is identical to last year's, quite a few dishes have a lower price than last year, and only a few dishes have slightly increased in price.
