This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. Placed an order through DoorDash, paid in full, and after waiting, the driver tells me the store doesn’t even have the order in their system. Even worse — the place appears to be closed, yet it’s still listed as open and accepting orders online. How is a restaurant allowed to take customers’ money when it’s not operational? No update, no notice, no responsibility. Completely wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. If you’re closed, update your status. If you’re open, run your system properly. Until then, avoid this location at all costs. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Service: 1 Price per person: $20–30

Very small portion sizes. They had a new employee serve me (which seems like that’s the norm every time I visit now) and the portion for a full sized bowl was half of what I get at other barburritos. Can’t tell if it’s improper staff training or cheap management but this is not the first time I’ve gotten skimped out on a bowl at this location. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
