Pleasant stop at the Bar delle Sirene! I find myself passing through these parts occasionally, and I take advantage of the morning to make a quick but pleasant stop. Their croissants are good, always fresh and deliciously fragrant. Even late in the morning there is availability, they are very careful about this. The staff are always smiling and welcoming, they really make you feel welcome. There are tables inside where there isn't much space, but it doesn't bother you. A few tables outside help you spend a pleasant first morning having breakfast And if you ever need something extra, there's also a tobacconist right next door. So, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a good coffee with a fantastic croissant, Bar delle Sirene is the right place! I'm on holiday in Ostia, I found myself in this bar by chance, the owner advised me to try their specialty "a donut" I was very skeptical because I'm not crazy about it... well he managed to convince me and I took it... what can I say? such a good donut, so soft, I had never eaten it in 36 years!!!!
