Very welcoming place with excellent table service and attentive and helpful staff. Really excellent fish-based food and well presented on the plates. Average prices and proportionate to the quality of the food. I recommend trying it. Retro location not at all in my style, even a little tacky to be honest, it has nothing elegant about it. We sat down at 1.30pm and the starters were served more than an hour later; the bread arrived after half an hour, we were basically eating our hands with hunger. The starter, which should have been for two people, was barely enough for one, the quantity but also the variety was really limited. An hour later, at 3.45pm the first courses arrive, all overcooked and bland and the portions more than small. The tuna cut rather than cut was a small and thin steak, for the modest sum of 16 euros. Little but certain that given how we ate and how long we waited, this place will never see us again! In the Ostia area there are clearly superior places where you spend even less and leave the table full. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It reconfirms itself as the best restaurant in all of Rome, if not in all of Italy. I have come to eat at this restaurant about 6-7 times and each time it gets better and better. Elegant location, attention to detail, beautifully furnished. Super professional and very knowledgeable staff, it is a restaurant run by 2 brothers and their mother and you can see that there has been a lot of commitment and study behind it. In the morning they themselves go to get the freshest fish, in fact some dishes on the menu change based on the catch of the day. They usually bring a welcome prosecco, I recommend the Dea Calipso appetizer, that is, various courses of seafood, mussels, marinated salmon, etc..., then as raw the Calabrian tuna tartare with spring onion and chilli (you can also ask for it not spicy like I do), for first courses I recommend spaghetti with clams and bottarga, or even a first course with seafood, for second courses I loved the seared tuna with caramelized onion and sesame, then tuna with pistachio pesto and several times I also ordered the mixed frying, although I don't eat fried things but they make it so delicate that their fried food has never bothered me, I don't know what their secret is but they have a very strong chef!! The desserts are all exceptional, you are spoiled for choice and for my personal taste I chose the cheesecake... super recommended! As for the wines, it depends on the period, but I recommend the Falanghina (very velvety this year) and the Coda di volpe (very fruity). HONEST prices, they are packed every day so I recommend you always book!!
