Salve, siamo sconcertati nel leggere questa sua recensione. Per svariati motivi; innanzitutto mi dispiace abbia pagato due volte e se ce ne darà la possibilità saremo lieti di rimborsarla. Su questa stessa scheda Google in cui lei non ha avuto esitazioni a scrivere parole poco lusinghiere e a formulare ipotesi diffamatorie arrivando addirittura ad accusarci di furto, ci sono i nostri recapiti ai quali avrebbe potuto contattarci per chiedere il rimborso. Siamo amareggiati che un imprevisto con un apparecchiatura elettronica o un errore umano possa essere subito interpretato come un furto, addirittura premeditato in quanto ai danni di una persona di altra nazionalità. Ci telefoni e ci dica cosa ha consumato che la rimborsiamo, sinceramente qua nessuno della staff si ricorda di un disguido del genere.
