Disappointing Booking Experience Despite Good Location The location of the hotel is undoubtedly excellent, and I believe the hotel itself is quite nice. However, I want to highlight the poor service I experienced during the booking process. The hotel does not update all the sites where they advertise. I booked a room on Airbnb 48 hours before my trip. Airbnb allows the hotel 24 hours to respond, which is reasonable. However, since the booking was prepaid and the funds were blocked, I was very concerned about being left without accommodation, especially with a small child. Or ending up with 2 paid bookings in case I was booking something else for security. I found the hotel’s contact number and wrote them, requesting that they either confirm or decline my reservation as soon as possible, rather than waiting the full 24 hours. The response I received was disappointing: “If we do not respond, we do not have a room. Contact Airbnb.” This is neither good customer service nor an appropriate way to manage reservation systems. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. Service: 2
