New management, we're not quite there! One of the worst things a customer can receive is being ridiculed. Even worse is when you understand that it is done with extreme awareness. Prices for a simple aperitif are exaggerated to say the least, bordering on decency. Especially if the outbuildings, which raise the price so much, are of quality, yes, but not at all proportionate to reality and actual consumption. Then when you realize that the line you follow is not always the same, then disappointment sets in. One day the table is overflowing with abundance and the next day, it's nothing more than you'd find on any other table in any other place. All this means that there is certainly a lot of confusion behind it, and this certainly does not encourage customers to return. We must never forget that the success of a restaurant is certainly also dictated by customer satisfaction and the desire to provide consistently excellent service. Unfortunately the competition is high and it is necessary to live up to it. One evening's takings cannot give precedence to these essential values. I just hope the criticism is constructive.
