Get off at Giglio Porto and you have to stop at Bar Monti! An example? the shaken coffee is served as it should always be: glass with a rounded bottom, which allows you to comfortably drink the rich and delicious mousse on top or the liquid in the basin, then the small ice cubes (they do not flood the coffee and disperse its flavour! ) and, last but not least, a coffee bean that you discover when you reach the last sip...!!!
