The exquisite cassatelle of Bar Edera Whenever I review an activity I always try to be objective and to testify or detect at least two aspects of those who work and offer a service to the community: the quality of the products and the courtesy of the managers and collaborators. If I can't point out these peculiarities, I don't write. And it's time to tell you about Bar Edera, located in the Fontanabianca district at number 548, here in my city, Salemi. It must be said immediately that the business, thanks to its good logistical position, is easily reachable by anyone traveling along the SS 118 route to Marsala. Il Bar Edera is a great place to have an excellent breakfast with every bundle of croissants, spectacular ines and so on. In addition to this, the space facing the Bar, obtained through a large outdoor area and a sober yet elegant internal room, allows you to spend beautiful happy moments with friends. But the real strengths are those referable precisely to the quality of the "house" creations: the marvelous cakes, the colored and garnished cheesecakes, the magnificent profiteroles, the prodigy arancini, as well as the kindness of the manager, Francesco Saladino, and his very valid and kind collaborators, always punctual and available towards customers. And if the other outstanding peculiarity of the Bar must be added to the vast assortment of the bar itself, namely the preparation of the exquisite ricotta cassatelle, well, we reach the top. Yes, the cassatelle of Bar Edera are among the best ever in the entire province of Trapani. Just book in time and in less than no time the Edera Bar will make you savor a delicacy that you won't easily forget. I congratulate the manager and all the staff of Bar Edera for the excellent work they do. Absolutely positive experience Bar recommended as a stop to taste the flavors of Salemi G.D.B.
