Ginevra is a good and welcoming host. She makes good spritz and she makes you feel like you are at home. A very easy going place.
Marco the chef makes delicious and creative food using local ingredients.

Location and location simply wonderful. I spent practically an entire day at Bar Alpino, from breakfast to dinner. The garden is ideal for those who want to be inspired by the mountains. As a Roman I wanted to risk eating a carbonara in the Dolomites, but nothing to say, it was perfect. At dinner I wanted to try a variant of dumplings, almost better than the originals. The service was attentive and friendly. They were kind and helpful in giving me directions on the routes I could take starting from the bar and showed great preparation in telling me where many of their products come from. There is love towards one's work. I recommend the beer, spectacular. Despite my young age, I found a lot of experience, which I didn't expect from a bar. Fair prices, perhaps a little lower than in the area. It will definitely be a regular stop on my mountain trips.
