The Balkan grill restaurant is our favorite family place and of course there are a lot of reasons for this: 1. Serbian cuisine is not just my favorite, but also my husband’s native food: he is Serbian. The key thing in Serbian cuisine is meat! If you are a meat lover, then you are a fan of Serbian cuisine. Chef Zoran creates real magic with meat: marvelous shades of meat, golden crusts, excellent roasting, delicate fibers... every piece is sealed, and therefore all the juice is inside. And what a game of spices. Civapchichi, pljeskavica, homemade sausage, ushtipci - this is the minimum program that you need to try. And what generous portions here!!! And of course the Serbian brand - baked pig! 2. Sauce. I am the person for whom sauce is the soul of a dish, a key tool that makes you experience emotions... And Zoran has such a sauce.... I still can’t figure it out. On the menu it is labeled as "spicy". 3. Ajvar - I definitely recommend getting acquainted with this Serbian dish. In fact, it is caviar made from baked red fleshy peppers (a special variety) with vegetables and spices... My happiness knew no bounds when Zoran invited us to try real ajvar made in Serbia. I love its aftertaste. 4. Balkan grill is an opportunity to celebrate a family event in a family formal atmosphere: warm colors, cozy and light atmosphere, Balkan music, attentive service from Sasha... It’s wonderful here. I would like to thank Zoran and his team for the opportunity here in Crimea to be in real Srebia with its hospitality, smells, taste, warm and sincere attitude. Zoran, thank you very much. You are wonderful and our whole family says hello to you! See you)))
