I've been coming to you for some time and always wondered why showcase is so empty, the coffee was made without love, after a while I went back in with my girlfriend and when we came downstairs we saw an unlimited choice of everything , protein yogurt and many other things to take away which I think is great for someone who doesn't have time and when we ordered coffee, young lady was soo nice and recommended us many things so in the end we got so much of everything We were taken away and felt comfortable, big praise for the service and something else, candles were lit on the tables everywhere, I also think it's great. Unfortunately, our visit to the Yoga Café was a real disappointment. We were there to study (Sundays as all libraries were closed) and thought it would be a relaxing place to do it. After 2 hours, a woman who later revealed herself to be the shopkeeper put a sign on our table that only said on ONE side that laptops were not allowed on weekends. Immediately afterwards she disappeared without a word. Before and afterward, some employees walked past us and never spoke to us about our iPads. It wasn't until the boss later spoke to us in an unfriendly manner after just slapping the sign at us that we realized that laptops were not allowed on weekends. Their tone was rude and we were even accused of deliberately ignoring the ban. There was a small sign at the entrance with a crossed-out laptop, but we only noticed it when we went out. The whole experience was unfortunately very unpleasant for the first time, as we left a total of €45 for drinks and food and were originally happy to have found such a nice place to study. It's a shame, we even thought about attending yoga classes in the future, but we'd rather look for a studio with an owner who actually lives her own concept.

We have been to Balance Deli 3 times. The ambience is really great, and the food itself is tasty too. However, we were very disappointed with the service on every single visit. The staff is often not at the counter, chatting in the back of the warehouse (every time we had to look for the staff), and it doesn't feel like they're making much of an effort.
