I bought two panettone from this bakery which is so famous on social media. I opened one and found mould, the other had a very strange, rancid smell and I threw this one away too. I opened them only a few days after purchasing them, so it wasn't months but 2-3 days that passed. Disgusting, inedible, complaint-worthy products. I wrote to customer service, in the kindest way possible, but after months they didn't even bother replying, terrible! I'm not saying a refund or an apology, they didn't even respond after this crap. I tried to comment on social media but they even delete the comments. I looked online and it's not a situation that has happened only to me but also to other customers, I even saw photos of a customer who found a piece of metal in the panettone. All scene on social media and then they don't support customers. I am writing this review to report the fact and warn customers before anyone goes to the hospital, be careful. We were by pure chance at the Avellino Bakery. Truly excellent service. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Cakes not exceptional for the quality/price ratio. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
