We arrived at 11:30 to have Brunch. Empty place except for a table of 10 people. After more than half an hour no one took our order, even though we were outdoors and the waitress was constantly passing by our table and even though we had politely asked her. After more than 40 minutes we left. We pointed this out and the attitude was unprofessional. Evidently our table of 2 wasn't that important. We would have liked to book but no one ever answered the phone. A little more attention would have been enough, at least asking us if we wanted to drink something in the meantime... we would have waited for the rest without any problems. When 2 tables get up from the half-empty place at breakfast time because after more than half an hour you can't even order a cappuccino, and the other tables complain that the coffees aren't arriving... I think we need to reflect and invest in the staff . Plus it was cold and the prices were expensive... Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
