First of all: The cheesecake was excellent. Bad ratings are due to the outrageous behavior of three saleswomen (11.05.24, afternoon) towards customers, who quite rightly complained about a defective bottle of mineral water. Instead of exchanging the bottle for a perfect product, the customer is accused of having taken the wrong product from the self-service refrigerator (the bottle was declared as carbonated mineral water, but did not contain carbon dioxide), or of simply not being able to read. The employees did not want or could not understand this request. After the family left the store, the complainants were loudly and condescendingly made fun of in the presence of other guests.
