Dear Mister Karavotas Thank you in advance for your visit and for your valued feedback. We formally apologise for the unfriendly behaviour. It is very important to us that our sales staff are friendly and competently trained. For this reason, we organise regular sales training courses. We will of course discuss this with our sales staff and the responsible sales manager of the specialist shop and make them aware of this at the next training session.
